Archery equipment and related activities are inherently dangerous if used improperly. By entering our premises or participating in any archery-related activity—including range use, lessons, equipment handling, or events—you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use, handling, and storage of archery equipment.
You agree to follow all posted safety rules, staff instructions, and manufacturer guidelines at all times.
3. Safety Rules & Conduct
All customers and guests must comply with:
- Posted safety rules
- Verbal instructions from staff
- All applicable laws and regulations
Unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow instructions may result in immediate removal from the premises or refusal of service without refund.
4. Range Rules & Equipment Restrictions
For safety reasons, the following rules apply at all times:
- No broadheads are permitted on the range
- No crossbows are allowed on the range
- No sky drawing
- No running or horseplay
- Arrows must always be pointed downrange
- Shooting may only occur when the range is clear and declared safe
Staff may stop shooting or clear the range at any time for safety reasons.
5. Minors
Minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times unless enrolled in an instructor-led lesson.
Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for the conduct, safety, and compliance of minors under their supervision.
6. Lessons & Accessibility
Archery lessons are typically conducted upstairs.
Accessible instruction at a ground-level location is available at no additional cost upon request.
If you require assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please notify a staff member.
7. Photography & Video
Photos and video may be taken on the premises for safety, training, or promotional purposes.
If you have concerns regarding photography or video recording, please notify a staff member prior to participation.
8. Right to Refuse Service
For safety, security, or policy reasons, Hi-Tech Archery reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual who fails to comply with these Terms, posted rules, or staff instructions.
9. Products, Services & Pricing (Online Store)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
